📦 Order Processing & Shipping Times

When will my order ship?
All orders require 2–3 business days for processing and handling before dispatch.

How long does shipping take?
• Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
• Extended Delivery (rare): 10–20 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or courier disruptions. While we aim for timely delivery, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

If your order exceeds 15 business days, email us at support@chefslarderau.com with your order number and we’ll help you out.

In cases where shipping delays are excessive, we may offer a partial or full refund of shipping fees or product value — assessed on a case-by-case basis.

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations won’t be possible.
To cancel, email us at support@chefslarderau.com with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” and include your order number.

🏠 Address Changes & Errors

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 24 hours by replying to your order confirmation or emailing support@chefslarderau.com.

If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to change the address — you may need to coordinate with the courier directly.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in careful packaging, but in rare cases, items can be damaged during transit.

If your item is damaged, email us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item

Send this to support@chefslarderau.com and we’ll arrange a free replacement after verification.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, contact us. We’ll investigate and either:

• Resend your order, or
• Issue a refund
