Order Processing & Shipping Times

When will my order ship?

Orders require 2–3 business days for processing and production before they are shipped.

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Extended Delivery (in rare cases): 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

If your order exceeds 15 business days, please contact us at support@chefslarderau.com with your order number for assistance.

In cases where shipping times are deemed unreasonable, we may offer a partial or full refund of shipping fees or the product amount—this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • To cancel, email us at support@chefslarderau.com with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” and include your order number.

Address Changes & Errors

I entered the wrong shipping address! What should I do?

If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@chefslarderau.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If the package has already been shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may need to contact the courier directly.

Damaged or Defective Items

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take great care in packaging our products, but in rare cases (about 1 in 1,000 shipments), items may arrive damaged due to mishandling by the courier.

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at support@chefslarderau.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item

Once received, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please reach out to us so we can investigate the delay with our shipping partners.

In cases of lost shipments, we will work with the courier service to either resend your order or issue a refund.
